100% 과실인가요...
2006년 11월18일 제형님이 탄 오토바이(100cc)와 승용차와의 접촉사고로 사망을 했어요. 당시 신호등이 있는ㅓ자 삼거리였는데 경찰조사결과 형님이 신호를 무시하고 좌회전를 하려다 사고가 났답니다.
또 상대방 승용차는 과속(25km초과)을 했구요. 그래서 형님이 가해자
(신호위반.중앙선침범).상대방 승용차는 피해자(과속)가 되더라구요.
그래도 여기까지는 이해가 되는데 승용차쪽 보험회사에서는 차의 과속에 대해서는 신호등이 있었다는 이유로 보상금을 지급할 이유가 없다고 합니다. 그래서 죽은 사람만 억울하다는 말이나오는건지 참 의문이네요. 어찌 해야할지...
