저는 손자이고 이 글은 할머니와 할머니 동생분 이야기입니다.
저희 집은 종갓집 장손집으로 집안 대대로 장손들에게 제사도 지내고 중심 역할을 하라며 땅을 물려줍니다. 근데 그 땅이 2003년도에 길이 생기면서 보상이 나오게 됬어요 할머니는 큰 딸로써 나이가 많이 드시고 배우지 못하셨고 동생중에 막내동생인 사람이 교직자로써 많이 배우신 분이라 그분이라면 신처럼 다믿었어요 할머니는 그때 당시 큰돈이 생기니 불안하여 막내동생분에게 말을하고 맡겨 두었어요 그렇게 지내시다 2011년 건강도 않좋아 지시고 나이가드니 시골로 가고싶다고 하여 막내동생분이 계신곳으로 가시게됩니다.
그리고 얼마지나지않아 할머니는 시력을 잃으시고 2014년 암에걸려 수술을 두번이나 하시고 병원생활을 시작하셨어요 할머니는 이제 때가됬다 싶으셔서 동생분에게 맡겨놓은돈을 돌려달라고 하셨고 저희아버지와 고모들 큰아버지는 그때서야 그돈이 동생분에게 있다는걸 아시게 되셨죠
그렇게 되어 저희 어른들은 할머니가 돌아기시기전 음성등 유언을 받아 두시고 그동생분에게도 보관중이라는 음성녹음과 문자메세지를 받아뒀습니다.
그런데 할머니가 돌아가시고 나니 공소시효가 지났다는둥 맡아준적 이없다는둥 말을 바꾸며 받으려면 법적으로 받으라고 하며 나몰라라합니다.
그분은 자기 가족이사는 25평짜리 집을두고 15평짜리 뒷동에 사시는 저희 할머니 집으로 들어와 거실이고 배란다고 다 자기짐을 쌓아두며 저희할머니는 작은 골방에서 3년을 지내게 하셨던 나쁜사람 입니다.
너무 억울하고 분통이터져 미치겠습니다. 어떻게 방법이 없을까요 |
